Industrial and Labor Safety, Environmental Protection and Health Protection Policy

Our priorities are provision of safe working conditions, health protection of our personnel and population residing in the areas of our industrial sites, as well as preservation of natural environment.

For these purposes, we create and successfully implement management systems of industrial and environmental safety as well as labor protection. They are developed in full compliance with the existing Kazakh and international laws and in line with the best domestic and foreign practices.

This policy applies to our companies and their affiliates.

 

Corporate Policy

We adhere to the policy that is entirely directed towards the effectiveness increase as well as improvement of conditions of social protection of the employees as well as stability in labor collectives. Effective system of social protection contributes to attraction of qualified specialists, reduces employee turnover, strengthens a collective and is a basis for successful production activity.

Since certain types of works are connected with danger and can pose a life threat, we created a special labor protection and industrial safety sub-division, which follows the strict and rigorous observance of all applicable rules. There is an obligatory training of our employees in respect to safe operation methods.

Despite significant experience and extensive knowledge of specialists, our particular attention is given to professional growth of our employees. We give high importance to the human factor and consequently to the development of corporate culture since its bearers are our employees.
